Because many offerings are handcrafted, energetically curated, or naturally occurring, certain items are non‑refundable. Please review this policy before booking or purchasing.

All intuitive readings, divination sessions, spiritual consultations, and energy‑based services are non‑refundable once completed. These offerings are personalized, time‑based, and cannot be returned.
If clarification is needed, a brief follow‑up message may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
5. Natural Variations in Crystals
Crystals and minerals are natural formations. Variations in:

Pattern

Veins or inclusions

Shape

Texture

Size

Imperfections or natural fractures
…are normal and not considered defects. These characteristics are part of the stone’s natural beauty and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Depending on the situation, you may receive:

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (e.g., USPS). Belladonna Divinations is not liable for:

Carrier claims may need to be filed directly with USPS or the relevant shipping provider.
