4. No Guarantees

SECTION A — SERVICES

5. Booking & Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
Sessions will not be held without payment.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made under 24 hours are non‑refundable.
No‑shows automatically forfeit the session and payment.
If Belladonna Divinations must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Refund Policy for Services

Because intuitive and spiritual services are time‑based and personalized, all completed sessions are non‑refundable. Clarification or follow‑up messages may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.

8. Client Conduct

Clients agree to:

Arrive on time
Communicate respectfully
Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Participate with honesty and openness

Belladonna Divinations reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or harmful behavior.

9. Confidentiality

All session content, personal information, and client details are kept strictly confidential, except where required by law.

10. Recording & Intellectual Property

Clients may not record sessions without written permission.
All content created by Belladonna Divinations (written, spoken, digital, or symbolic) is intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without consent.

SECTION B — PRODUCTS

11. Product Descriptions

Belladonna Divinations offers physical and digital products such as:

Spell kits
Ritual tools
Candles, oils, or metaphysical items
Digital guides, PDFs, or downloadable content

All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Energetic or spiritual effects are not guaranteed.

12. Shipping & Processing (Physical Products)

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary by carrier and location.
Belladonna Divinations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

13. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact Belladonna Divinations within 72 hours with photos of the damage.
Replacement or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.

Lost packages:

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Claims may need to be filed with USPS or the relevant carrier.

14. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Due to the nature of spiritual and handcrafted items:

All sales are final
No returns or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect

Custom items are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

15. Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, guides, downloads, etc.) are non‑refundable.
Purchases include a single‑user license.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files is prohibited.
