1. Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Standard Processing

  • 3–7 business days for most physical products

  • 5–10 business days for large crystal items, fragile items, or high‑volume periods

  • Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time (listed on product pages)

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Belladonna Divinations ships primarily through USPS, with occasional use of UPS or FedEx depending on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Heavier items (such as crystal towers, spheres, or large carvings) may incur higher shipping costs due to weight and packaging requirements.

4. Packaging & Fragile Items

Crystals and metaphysical items are packed with care using:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Protective cushioning

  • Reinforced boxes for heavy or fragile stones

Large or delicate crystal items (towers, spheres, freeforms, etc.) may be double‑boxed for added protection.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Belladonna Divinations is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Belladonna Divinations is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed delivery

  • Carrier mishandling

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • A claim may need to be filed with USPS or the relevant carrier

  • Belladonna Divinations will assist with documentation when possible

Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact Belladonna Divinations within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Provide your order number and a description of the damage

Depending on the situation, you may receive:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A corrected item

Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible.

9. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes

  • Delivery times vary widely by country

  • Belladonna Divinations is not responsible for customs delays or seized items
